I need video driver for (valuestar VN500/r plz

See if you can download and run the GPU-z utility located at the link at the end. It should tell you the name of your GPU (as seen in the screenshots.) From there we can determine where to download your drivers from! http://www.techpowerup.com/gpuz/

The laptop comes on with all leds showing that it is on but does not display

Check the LED display for the harddrive to see if there is any activity. if there is, then attach an external screen to the VGA port and restart the computer. If it displays on the screen, the you have a problem with the internal video. Most times it may be the inverter.

Usb device not recognized

Usually this means the computer saw that something was plugged into the USB port, but it doesn't know what device it is. It will require device drivers from NEC to recognize the drive. If your drive came with a driver CD, install these drivers. If the drive was working before, but now it's not, reinstall the drivers. If this does not fix the problem, then most likely either your drive is bad, or else your registry has become corrupted. Try another USB drive and see if your USB port is working, that is another possibility.

I accidentally delete my cam

Hi there,
You can try two things.
First: System Restore - System restore will restore your computer on an earlier date/time. you can restore your computer the time before you accidentally delete your webcam. to go to System Restore
Start>All Programs>Accessories>System Tools>System Restore. (then Select a date/time that the driver is still installed)
Second: Downloading the driver from Manufacturer's Website -you can try to search for your webcams website and look for the download page.
