it's not a mobile phone problem..... contact your service provider and obtain your puk code from them.
they will ask you for some details to ensure that the connection you are using is owned by you.

Alternatively you can search for your puk code on the sim package you obtained... just enter it and your mobile will start working.

Hi,

Please try connecting your phone to a different USB port other than the one which you use normally.
If the issue is the same then try connecting it to another PC if you still face the problem then it is a hardware issue.Either your phone or the USB cable is gone bad.So replace the USB cable first with a new one and then try connecting.If the issue is till the same then it is your phone and you will have to get it repaired or get it replaced if it is under warranty.

Probably the flex cable form the LCD screen to the mainboard is not connected properly.

when it shows the HAT icon make sure to put on your HAT even if you are indoors.

Go your message setting. There is option where you'll save your message and choose save to memory card.
Delete all message in inbox and outbox folder, delete all cache in your browser and close all active applications. Try to send text message.
If the notification "Memory full" still appear you must uninstall a one or more application (not just close it but uninstall it) to make some space in your phone memory. Choose application that you don't use the most.
If the problem persist, format your phone back to factory setting.
