There can be many ways to get your Unlock code. If your contract period is complete you can ask your cellular operator for the unlock code. But, they do make it very difficult for you to get the code.
You can also do for nearest mobile shop for unlock code and get code from there.

These phones can be fully flashed if they are CDMA (no sim card) however on these phones the flash is very unstaible. You are much better off purchasing a new cricket phone, as you are guarenteed all of the features.

If you really want this phone flashed then you should look for an authorized cricket dealer or a store that flashes phones. Corporate locations (Full Service) do not flash phones.

Try disabling Wireless Sync:

1. Go to Wireless Sync (IMS main menu).
2. Access the menu.
3. Choose Setup and then Connection Settings.
4. Click on Advanced... in the bottom right-hand corner.
5. Check the box that says "Enable other sync apps"
6. Exit Wireless Sync
7. Perform a HotSync, again.

Your going to have to hard reset the treo as there's no way anyone can get you a password for it. If you mean unlocking it to the carrier then im afraid i cannot help you there as thats now allowed by your carrier.

You could try to turn the unit off completely, take the battery out, wait for few minutes and put them back and turn on to see anything better. This action helps to clear the memory of your unit.
If after you doing that problem still, i think you need the hard reset your Palm Treo. To do the hard reset, you need to back up all your data to the computer first, syns all contacts and files to your comp and perform the hard reset.( How to do hard reset could find in your manual)
In my experience, the palm treo is very sensitive handheld, the keys and touch screen easy to create the problem for you when you put your phone in the pocket with car keys or something. Try to avoid this.

Be sure that your Treo is "unlocked" if you can use it with any SIM and you do not have to limit yourself to a single service provider.

This will upgrade your ROW software to version 1.13 and your system firmware to version 1.28.

Note: This ZIP archive contains all the files that need to be transferred to the Treo, but it does NOT include an installer. It is primarily intended for advanced users who do not have access to a Windows or Mac machine:

* Download and unzip to your SD Card (with HandZipper or a similar tool).
* Backup your data.
* Clear at least 15 MB of RAM space (best to simply hard reset).
* Copy/move all 44 files to RAM.
* Warm reset.
* If the updater doesn't start automatically, execute the "Device Customizer" application manually.

Are you not able to turn it ON? If you have a USB cable try plugging the USB cable into a computer, then connect the phone to it. Use a personal computer, and hope that it will recognize the device, and if it dont, it still might charge/turn it on for you. Good Luck

yes there will be problem. what you need to do is to install the version of the outlook the same with the one you are migrating from so that it will not have compatibility problems.

Your phone is probably locked to a certain carrier, or the sim card is a different format than what it is expecting (are you using a micro-sim with adapter by chance?). If the former, the carrier it was on / purchased from may be willing to unlock it for you. If the latter, try different sim card (size).

Doing this isn't too complicated, though it can be a bit frustrating to keep them straight.
The safest thing to do is backup your primary phone during a regular sync.
1. Once you have performed and completed this, then open your Palm Desktop.
2. Look to the upper left hand tab marked "Hotsync" and click it.
3. On the drop down menu, click "Custom."
4. Here's where it turns into a bit of a process...you must now set each of the sections in this list to "Desktop overrides Handheld." To do this highlight each one then click "Change" once you do this you should have the option to override your handheld. If it doesn't appear then you simply do not have this option available. When you've completed all overrides, click "Done."
5. Click "Sync your back-up Treo as you normally would. This should make your backup identical in information to your primary.
--------------------------------- 6. Once you are ready to go back to your primary, You must go back your Palm Desktop and enter into the "Hotsync" tab and then "Custom" again. This time, however, make sure you select "Handheld overrides Desktop."
7. Once this is performed, you may hotsync your backup to your desktop.
8. After the hotsync, go back to the desktop software a final time. Go to the "Hotsync" tab and then "Custom" a final time. In each selection, choose "Desktop overrides Handheld." Click "done" when finished.
9. Finally, perform a final hotsync with your Primary phone. Once completed, it should have all your original information PLUS any new information you placed on the back up phone.
Again, I know it isn't an easy process...it isn't as hard as it sounds...it just takes some getting use to! You can do it!

No help on the OJ. Dropping in any liquid while powered on is bad but sticky liquids will kill it even when it is off.
The other one might have had digitizer disconnected or broken from drop. You can try replacing the digitizer but it might not be the only problem.

Another option is to check eBay for replacements. A late model phone like that should be under $100.
