No, the faster you travel through space the slower time passes. Time is RELATIVE to speed, hence Einstein's theory of relativity.

You will not find a manual for that telescope. Even if you did it will not explain how to use the telescope. It only shows the parts and assembly.

Locate a local Astronomy club and they can help you with the telescope.

This is probably a small refractor style telescope, being sold by toy stores. It has plastic eyepieces and a plastic focuser and is not suitable for Astronomy.

its just 1-2-3-4- with the port bank being 2-4 starting at the top and the starboard side being 1-3. They're all the same be it V-4 or V-6. 6=123456 60* and 90* are the same

All question need FULL 'make model (what it is)'. You posted to optics, so let's guess is a telescopic rifle sight? It is impossible to see and movement as the crosshairs move such a tiny amount. Half a millimetre in the sight is 10 feet at the target. The only way to zero in sights is on a fixed bench rest at the range. If you really think they are faulty, return them to the maker for repair.
