Hi, sounds like something buggy is going on. Your best choice would be to make a backup and set your tablet to factory settings and then reinstall the back up. Also it could be an actual glitch with the recent update of 3.1 honeycomb with your device specifically, so pop onto Google store and see if there is any similar complaints to your bug. Make sure its updated to recent update. If reset does not work, you may have to wait for a new update. Might be worth your time to make a comment in google play. I hope this helps :)

Hi there . I would suggest going on Google and try typing in play store and download it from there if there is an option . Or if you go into settings and find the factory reset you would most likely be able to get it back with a full reset . Be sure to back up first

you dont mention what types of files you downloaded but, I'll try some basics. if your security settings require downloads to be from google play or the samsung app store, you have to reconfigure your settings. Also, the downloads must be android compatible. if they need flash, you will need a browser with flash built in like puffin as flash stand alones are useless. finally, you deleted files to make room? you might need to be certain you didn't delete any essential files or files attached to factory installed programs. without knowing what downloads you are trying or where they were downloaded from.
