Hi Brittany, The Term "Pixels" in Digital Photography refers to the Resolution of the picture meaning how sharp,crisp or clear the picture is. As far as resizing it, take it to a photo shop ( Walgreens, CVS, K-mart, Walmart, etc...) and tell them you want an 8X10 & they will print it for you. I'm guessing from the mention of a Samsung Galaxy cell that you're using your phone's mobile hotspot to provide internet access to a notebook or other PC with Windows. If this is incorrect, please provide additional info as to how you're getting internet access. A number of things can cause slow internet speeds. 1) distance between you and the cell tower, 2) Data technology 3G, 4G etc., 3) method of connection between your cell phone and PC - obviously a direct connection via USB would be best, but a WiFi or BT should do well enough - if - close by, 4) multiple hotspots in close proximity cany make it impossible for your phone to create a hotspot on a clear channel. Experiment a bit and if still no luck, provided more details about your connection.

Could be the phone runs hot is seconds. Even with a full battery, the protection unit will shut the phone down, to prevent damage by overheating. Try resetting it so it does not have to run lots of programs in the same tme.

Check if it works with other sim, if not -> If there is warranty, you should go to local repair shop. Impossible to change the sim reader at home, without the right equipment -> multiple times more expensive than the phone.
