The error code is related to the fuser area.

Likely to be a low fuser temp issue.


Need to verify good or bad heat lamps.

1) Check each lamp in fuser.

(lamp is good if you get continuity)
(lamp is bad if open)

2) Check the thermostat. (thermal control device)
(triggers if unit gets too hot)

3) Also check thermistor (monitors temp of fuser)
(2) total (middle and rear)

If heat lamp is good:

Your best bet is to change all three items. (Temp fix)

Fuser thermostat - thermal control device
Fuser thermistor (middle front) - thermal control device
Fuser thermistor (rear) - thermal control device

These items wear out. Change at the same time.

Fuser needs to be rebuilt or replaced.
