Value depends on its condition and and type (upright, baby grand, full grand etc.)
Serial number suggests around the year 1900 but certainly before 1910

If the scope is a good quality one, and designed for the size of rifle caliber you have it mounted on, and also if the scope is properly mounted with the correct hardware. You could try locking compound on the screws if they are backing off with the vibration.
