What board should I change

Three blinks of the power LED indicates an over-current or over-voltage condition in one of the DC supplies of the AP board. The AP board is repairable. Therefore the use of an ohmmeter and peak-hold-voltmeter is required to determine the cause of the shutdown. An over-voltage condition is definitely a defect of the AP board. An over-current condition may be due to a short circuit located in the AP board, A board, or the LCD panel.

Panasonic Viera tc-p65s2 - 7 blinks, won't turn on

I had the same problem with my Viera. if you disconnect the power and ribbon cable from the YSUS board (check youtube for how), the light led will blink 6 times, indicating the YSUS is bad. Check ebay for TNPA5175 board (about $115-160). The pop is one of the DG402RP chips burnout. These are about $4, but only available from China. If you can wait a month for delivery, you can solder the new one to replace the bad one. You may want to purchase several in case more are bad or it happens again.

I need to program a Rogers digitial box to my viera t.v.

That probably won't work. You'll have that problem until you get a new TV.

Panasonic VIERA Flat Panel Televisions. Won't turn on. Made one popping sound. Now smoking.

I would say that's pretty much had it ,if there's smoke coming from the back something has burnt out I would take it to a TV specialist to see if it can be repaired Nick

Automatic screen blackout and No sounds

I presume you are unable to activate the on screen menu after the picture goes, if you can then heat for setup or initial set up and factory reset and see if that clears the problem. My guess would be it needs a service engineer to look at it there may be a faulty part which fails shortly after power up. If by Off it is just in standby then try pulling the plug out for an hour to let it cool down then if that works do a factory reset to clear any software problems. Hope this helps.........
