This kind of fault is only limited to a few causes.
First of all, it is not likely that all chargers you have tried are bad. So the fault is definitely coming from the phone. it is most likely that the charging port on the phone is bad and needs replacement of needs to be worked upon. This may not be very expensive depending on your location and the extent to which the damage has been done.
Also, it is very possible that the power source is not good enough to charge the phone. As such, you might be required to plug the phone's charger into a number of outlets that you are sure are operating fine. This would help you determine if the fault is coming from the charger, outlet or phone.
Lastly, if you are just trying random chargers, you would have to get a charger that you are confident is working and you have to try it. If it still doesn't work, you have to send it to a repairer as trying to fix the charging port yourself could let to a more serious damage to your phone.

Try taking it to the nearest maintenance

You can call the service provider and get the Unlock code and Unlock it.

download blackberry desktop manager and that will update it for you

try pulling the battery out and that will allow it to hard reset. you can also try alt, shift, del holding those keys at the same time is just like a computer reset when you have an issue. or as a last resort you can go to settings/general/security/ press the bb key and do a master reset on the phone, which will erase all device content BUT it will restore your phone to default factory settings from original date you pulled it outta the box.

Try uninstalling the Blackberry Software Suite and the Blackberry drivers from your computer from the device manager. Power off the Blackberry, then connect it to the USB cable to see if it begins to charge. Look for the device to show up on Windows. If it does not show up, try booting the Blackberry device back up. If you're still not seeing anything (and especially if the phone isn't even charging), it could possibly be a hardware issue.

6. The Completing the Application Loader Wizard screen appears.Do not click Finish. Click Advanced to begin loading the applications.
7. In the Data Preservation window, select the Erase all application data and Erase all currently installed applications check box and clickNext.
8. In the Application Data Backup window, choose the option to automatically back up the application data before loading and to restore the contents when the load is complete.
9. Click Finish to begin the Application Loader Process. The data on the device is erased and reloaded.
10. Click Close when the loading operation is complete.

Press on your side scrolling wheel. This should bring a menu and the Edit option should be there.

Hi, Download BlackBerry desktop manager. Install the DM and get the appropriate OS firmware file from the blackberry web site. install it and load it using the DM software. if the connectivity is ok, DM will be prompt to update the OS to the new one. Thanks, Ramaly
