Error 071-210
An error occurred when using Tray 1. Turn the machine off and on. Contact the Xerox Welcome Center if the problem persists.
Im getting a error message 092-315 how can i fix this problem?
092 errors are related to Drum Cartridges. You have to open printer cover and check ony by one all 4 drums.
Try to rotate drum gear with the hand and if its not moving then replace it. Drum is not useable. Dont take risk as it will destroy motor unit.
How do I stop the test page from ALWAYS printing from my WorkCentre 7120 printer?
If I am not wrong you are asking about Banner Sheet? I guess. close all your open applications and go to Device and printers, then right click on the 7120 printer and select printing preferences, then go to advanced Tab. select + next to Paper / output. you will see (print ID on Banner Sheet) select it and go for the option Disable job ID. make your changes save by pressing ok.

Remove Jammed Paper From Tray 1:
First, remove any paper from the Bypass Tray.
Grasp both sides of the Bypass Tray and pull it straight out of the printer.
Next, pull out Tray 1 until it stops. To remove the tray, lift the front of it slightly, then pull it out of the printer.
Check for any jammed paper and remove it.
Also, make sure there's no crumpled paper left in the tray or jammed inside the printer.
If you have Tray 2 (optional), check it as well.
Insert Tray 1 back into the printer and push it all the way in.
Fully insert the Bypass Tray as well.
Confirm the paper settings if prompted.
Try your job again.
Power the Printer Off then On:
Press the Power/Wake button on the printer control panel.
Choose "Power Off" to turn off the printer.
Wait for a few seconds, then press the Power/Wake button again to turn it back on.
Retry your print job.
Replace the Paper Feed Roller (if needed):
If the issue persists, consider replacing the paper feed roller. Refer to your printer's documentation for instructions on how to do this.
If the problem continues, contact Xerox support.
