There appear to be several "experts" that may be able to help. I would look for other support, for example owner's manual and factory level troubleshooting support.
From the sound of it, there may be some kind of "jam" that is stalling the drive motor. Hopefully, you can find something that is causing the "stall" and then a way to "reset" the drive motor overheat protection that may be similar to larger motors with the red reset button.
Check all the paper detecting sensors once more, may be there is something over the sensor.clean all the sensors with VIDEO 90. if after that problem persist please restart the machine and go for software and firmware upgrades.GOD BLESS YOU
