Since you already tried the calibration test, and it failed. You will need to do some extensive troubleshooting to really figure out the main issue, first you want to start with the basics.
Checking the console is a good place to start, it could be that just your incline buttons are faulty or that the main wire harness that runs from the console to the Main Board on your machine is bad.
The very first thing you should do is turn off the power, remove the main shroud off of your machine and make sure all connections on your Main Board (Circuit Board) are seated properly, especially the ones coming to and from the elevation motor and that nothing looks damaged. Burn marks on anything, or crimped wires is a sure sign of a bad component.
If everything checks out;
Check the pin outs of that main cable, making sure the cable does not have any shorts.
The next steps to take require a Multi Meter (Volt or Ohm meter), you will need to turn the power back on.
You want to check that the elevation motor is receiving enough voltage to operate correctly, you want to test the incline motor wire and connection for that wire on the board.
If you test the wire while it is connected to the board but not the incline motor and it is outputting the correct voltage then the issue most likely lies in your motor.
If you test the wire out of circuit, not connected to anything and the pin outs do not test correctly for continuity then the wire is the problem BUT if it does then you need to test the Main Board.
If the connections from the board are not supplying enough voltage for the cable that goes to the motor the problem lies in your Main Board.
There are a few other steps you can take also, but these are the main ones that should cover it. If you find you need any more help please do not hesitate to call us 888-713-2880 or by chat at
