Treadmill stops but has power
the motor could be going bad or the control board.if you are able to remove the drive belt off the motor and then run it. this will determine the motor or board from the walking belt or other items being bad.the motor should not be too hot to the touch

Motherboard just beeps - no display
Unfortunately stuff today is produce to replace, not fix and I guarantee you that Reebok does not actually produce a rower but instead just leases out it's name. So you might want to try to find out who actually makes the product, there may be some information on the machine itself.
Also, here is a link for
http://www.ebay.co.uk/bhp/reebok-rowing-machine ebay search of reebok rowers, you may be able to find a second one as parts for cheap instead of buying a new display or motherboard.
You could also take the display unit to an electronics repair shop and have them troubleshoot and fix it.

Not incline or declining
I expect there is a limiter switch that tells the treadmill when it has reached its maximum elevation. The switch is probably either malfunctioning or broke.

Wifi
Hi.
Let me help you by starting with a simple step. If that's too primitive, please bare with me. First click on the network connection icon, which should be on the right bottom, which is on your start bar near the time icon. Then click on "Opne network and sharing center". You will have the control panel dialogue box for network status. On it you will see 3 connections. Your computer to the network (wifi router or AP) and from the network to the internet. There you will see an "X" mark or the netwok connection stops rigth after the network (wifi router or the AP). Click on the "X" mark and windows will try to solve the network error by itself or show you whats preventing you to get out to the internet. If you don't see the red "X" or the connect stops right after the wifi network, then you should check with the ISP or your wifi connection provider. In my case, our wireless service provider has a problem with his modem and had it fixed and I was able to have wifi internet again. Please try these if it helps and let me know if I can help you further. Good luck friend.

Replace main control board
Is the wall receptacle defective? Have you plugged something else into the same wall receptacle without circuit breaker activating? Test with another appliance that also has the third round ground prong. If this is not the problem then yes an electrical short exists within the treadmill, inspect the cord itself for loose prongs, there may be liquid damage inside from a previous liquid spillage which would cause an electrical short.
