This is not sounding good. A reset normally would solve a problem with the logic on the circuit boards that control the unit, but that doesn't sound like it worked.
According to Schwinn, the troubleshooting procedure for a treadmill that won't turn on are as follows: Make sure the outlet is powered, it is plugged into the outlet, the device turned on by the switch and the safety key is in position. pretty elementary stuff - but I included it because that's what the manual says to do.
I can suggest the you try unplugging the power cord from the outlet for a minute or two, then plug back in & try to start the treadmill again. Sometimes that is the only way to be sure that there is no power reaching the circuit board(s) to perform a reset of the logic. If the circuit board(s) remain powered they can be "locked up" and will not allow normal operation of the device.
