Recumbent bike 250 how do I reset for individual user? Also the bike keeps giving me the message that has paused, how do I fix this?
Page 24 of the manual for Pause and Resume. Push and hold 3 seconds for Guest User. Page 39 tells you 'PAUSED' is because you stopped pedaling for 5 seconds. to Reset the machine, unplug it from the mains for at least 3 minutes.
