If there is not a replacement you can remove the wires from the switch and wire them together. Make sure you unplug your bowflex before doing this. If it has only two wires it will be easy. If more than 2 wires take a photo and post it.

Remove motor and get it rewound , they take it apart remove the copper wire and rewind new on and give it a refurbishment

There are several versions of this unit. If you do not have the manual for this model, I recommend performing a search and downloading it. The manual is an assembly manual. It details the parts. It also has a section on getting the treadclimber ready for transport. Hi There, No, all treadmills require a safety key for users that could fall or become tangled in a running machine. Most safety switches are simply a magnet that closes a Reed-Switch inside the console, some are a bit more complicated. Replacements can be found for these keys. Hi There, L5 error should refer to the "LS" error which looks up to a speed problem. When you start the machine up, it boots fine and then when you press start or go is says err ls ? If the walking belt doesn't move at all when you try to start it, listen for a "Click" on that lower board when start is pressed..... If the walking belt moves for a second and then stops and the console says err ls, then you may have a speed sensor problem. These control boards are repaired by Jatinah Electronics who can be found with a google search. Good Luck!
