Remove motor and get it rewound , they take it apart remove the copper wire and rewind new on and give it a refurbishment

Disassemble bowflex treadclimber
There are several versions of this unit. If you do not have the manual for this model, I recommend performing a search and downloading it. The manual is an assembly manual. It details the parts. It also has a section on getting the treadclimber ready for transport.
