Windows 7 driver is not available for your PC Cam. The release date for this PC Cam was in 2003. I recommend you pruchase a new model. Check Amazon.com, there you'll find many new & used PC Cams reasonably priced.

If you visit www.creative.com and click on the support button on their web page. You can download the drivers from the web site for the particular model of webcam.

This usually happen from driver problem. Try this steps :
- Install camera driver from installation CD (if you don't have, you can search and download from Google)
- Connect the camera through USB
- Open the camera memory from camera suite or via Windows Explorer
- Download your pictures from camera to PC
- Enjoy your pictures :)
