go in the web interfae for your router.. to find it click start then run.. in there type cmd... in the new window type ipconfig... look for the line default gateway will look like 192.168.2.2... type that number in a web browser address bar ... the web interface will be on your screen.. to black a web site go in url filtering add the site address.. save the settings ..

check if u can get closer to the router or if your device can see the router without any walls in between try to get closer to the router as much as possible

Have you done any firmware update on the D-Link? Remove the ISP Ethernet connection. Pull the plug on the D-Link, wait 30 seconds or so, plug in, wait for selftest, reboot computer. I believe that you can do this by pressing and holding the reset button (You may need a paperclip to do this) for 30 seconds. the power LED will start to blink, and then it will reboot with the defaults. You should be able to connect to it with 192.168.1.1. The default password is likely "password".
