Description Sometimes you can solve a persisting problem in the product by uninstalling and reinstalling the F-Secure product.

Uninstalling and reinstalling the product Before reinstalling F-Secure Internet Security, you must first uninstall the product. For uninstallation instructions of earlier versions of F-Secure Internet Security and F-Secure Anti-Virus, see article 2109 - Uninstalling F-Secure Internet Security/Anti-Virus .
To uninstall the latest version of F-Secure Internet Security, do the following:

1. Write down the subscription key of your product:
   1. Open F-Secure Internet Security.
   2. Click Settings > Other settings > Subscription .
   3. Write down the subscription key that is displayed on the screen.
2. Uninstall the product:
   1. Do one of the following:
      • In Windows XP, click Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs > Change/Remove .
      • In Windows Vista, click Start > Control Panel > Uninstall a program > Uninstall/Change .
      • In Windows 7, click Start > Control Panel > Programs and Features > Uninstall/Change .
   2. Restart your computer.
3. Once your computer has restarted:
   1. Click Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Disk Cleanup . The Select Drive box is displayed.
   2. Select the desired drive (C:) and click OK . The Disk cleanup for (C:) box is displayed.
   3. Select the Temporary Internet Files and Temporary Files check boxes and click OK . This will clear all unwanted files.

To reinstall the product, do one of the following:

• If you have the installation CD, reinstall the product from the CD.
• Download and reinstall the product as follows:
  1. Download the product from F-Secure website .
  2. Double-click the downloaded file to start the installation.
  3. During the installation, enter your subscription key when asked.

Note: You can reinstall your F-Secure product by using the existing subscription key. Make sure that you are connected to the Internet before you enter the subscription key. You do not need to register again after reinstalling your F-Secure product.

You do it by enter the settings in F-secure, revove the server from the blocked ip:s and give f-secure the command that that ip is a secure ip
You will find those settings under the firewall in f-secure

You will be presented with a variety of choices and lists by those who have reviewed the available free anti-viruses and how they are rated. Avg Free Safe is a suitable anti-virus but be sure to download it from AVG itself and not through any third party. There is no way to fix this outside of safe mode. If it is that serious, then you have to get into safe mode or reset the entire software.

rmove the SIM card and any other microSD card on the cell
turn OFF the cell
reinsert the SIM while cell is OFF
turn ON the mobile
input JUST the password for SIM card

Did you create an account with them? if so log in and even though you may now know your password put something in. It will tell u incorrect password ..etc should be something that says forgot password.
