Reset Instructions

2. Turn it over and find the recessed reset button on the bottom.
3. Press and hold the button until the power light flashes red/green.
4. Release the button.
5. Now go through the setup instructions found in the manual.

If you have all red lights, this indicates a problem with the router. Please contact your ISP to make sure that your internet connection is working correctly. Did you receive this router from your ISP or did you purchase it directly? Has it worked in the past and just suddenly stopped working? That particular modem was said to have intermittent thermal issues as told to me by a third level technician on the business side of my local provider. I finally just purchased a new DSL modem as thermal issues are basically a design flaw.

there is a problem with yur dsl connection check for physical setup between the modem and the telephone wall jack

Its asking for the username because in ur router, wi-fi protected set up(WPS) is enabled. Acsess the router's set up page using its default IP, and disable the WPS option, it wont ask for username and password anumore.

Any encryption key will be specific to a network so no there is not a free universal key. If you find a non encrypted network like at Panera Bread Co. then you don't need a key.
