You might have pressed the AV selector botton on the side panel of the TV. It works as a toggle type switch. Press on once will select the TV input, and for an other press will come back to AV and so on. Locate that switch you have pressed earlier, and press it once more, to select the input to TV. You may have checked the fuse at the plug...is the socket OK itself? Plug something else into the socket..to make sure it's working...If your not technically minded...don't open up the back of the TV set, but there may be a fuse there also on the main board.. RISK OF SHOCK.

Luxor is a budget brand made in Turkey for the Swedish market. You likely have failing components, probably electrolytic capacitors. You put the set on, they warm up and fail.
