Try charging it overnight and if it still does not work return it to the shop where you purchased it for a replacement or refund as it wouls be under warranty.

If its not getting charged, please change the battery with a new one or you can trick, you can show some heat to the battery, which makes the battery for use of charging. But it wont be useful and effective as it is a work around solution. Please use a new battery and try charging.Thanks

There is no reset button...go into the menu,scroll to other, press play, scroll to setting, press play, scroll to advanced, press play and this is where you find the reset. Sometimes though the reset won't do it and you have to reformat the memory. Hook to a computer and take off whatever files that you can and want to, save them to the computer for re-installation the you can reformat the memory from the computer. There is also a reformat in the menu under advanced

It is because the CD tray is stuck or is jammed. Try turning off the stereo. You might also try jiggling the trays really gently as 1 of them could be stuck here.

Well, what are you trying to use it on? Does your device have Bluetooth? If you have Bluetooth. All you have to do is go into settings on your device and turn on Bluetooth. Follow the instructions and it should work... Regards Geoff

Many stores let you listen to the headphones or ear buds. Human hearing is not the same for everyone. So you need to listen to some before finding out the best for you. It might also depend on how comfortable they are to use. There's nothing worse than headphones that make you ears sweat!
