Okay. That is a KM code. I need more detail to answer your question. for instance, model #, and why do you feel you need to get into service mode? If you don't know where you are going and why you are going there, there is plenty of buttons and bits that can cause further issues with your machine.

Edit in 'MAKE MODEL (what is is)' so we don't have to guess. In all such issues do a power reset. Pull the mains plug from the wall, wait 5 minutes and try again.
