Also there are on each image unit blue/white nubs that you can pull out and push back in to clean interal image unit parts do that you do not have to pull the image units out just ensure that when done cleaning they are pushed all the way back in. Once the image units are not toner cartridge and there are four of them located below each toner cartridge .
