What does reboot mean? Will I loose data on my laptop?
My honest opinion is that your going to have to have it done for you. However "Insert Boot Media" means a Operating System Disc and your boot select device is going to be a DVD-ROM or CD-ROM whichever you have for media viewing. You may be required to reboot the intire Operating System which unless it is a Windows 7 Operating System which does save files even during a fresh format to the Old Windows directory. You really need to take this in since you have insurance for the computer, I would have it replaced or worked on by someone who knows computers. This is just my opinion not to say that your not capable to do this kind of repair, there may be more damage there than you are aware of. If you touch it the insurance company may not refund or assist with repairs.

Bios boot screen comes up
Bios Boot Screen? OK, You don't boot from the Bios, the Bios has settings to let you control where to boot from the Hard Drive, the DvD/CD drive, the USB Port or a LAN (Local Area Network). So, what exactly is your screen showing when you press the Power Button to boot it?

Camera
Geezus, talk about Good Customer Service and Support, huh? Are you sure your drivers are not installed? Have you looked in the device manager to see if there is anything under Imaging Device? If you bought a new laptop, surely they are not stupid enough to clone the hard drive without the drivers being on it. They would be flooded with calls from everyone that bought it. I'm thinking that maybe you don't know where the camera's application program is that makes the camera come on. Look on the desktop and make sure it is not there. Sometimes the camera program will be listed in the program list. Click Start/Programs and look for anything that references the camera or web cam. It might be under one of the Toshiba Folders in the program list. Look for something like Total Entertainment Experience (it might be in there). Sometimes there is a button to press on the laptop that will bring up the Entertainment Experience and if you get it to come up look for the camera icon. You can always download Manycam and install it. Go towww.google.com and in the search box type: "download.cnet.com"(without the quotes). Click on the link to go to the site. When thesite opens look down on the left and you will see a gray area that says FindSoftware. Type "Manycam" (without the quotes) in the whitesearch area then hit the search mirror. When it brings back your resultslook for the one that says ManyCam Virtual Webcam. Down load it andinstall it. Make sure you remove the check box on any junky programs itwould like to install. You only want to install ManyCam, no additionswhatsoever during the install. ManyCam is totally FREE and easy to use,and you will always know where your webcam software is.

Middle keys not working
Did you spill a liquid on the keyboard? If not it might be the keyboard cable needs to be reseated or the keyboard is going bad. To reseat the keyboard, close the lid and turn the keyboard over. Remove the screws from the bottom of the keyboard. Some screws might have the keyboard icon on them which means they secure the keyboard. Remove the battery and most times there will be screws inside the battery case and some might have the icon of a keyboard. After you remove the screws from the bottom, turn the laptop back over and open the lid. Use a small flat head screwdriver to pry on end of the strip that is above the top of the keyboard, then the other end (usually the power button is on this strip). Be careful because this strip might have a cable under it. Once your remove the strip there might be screws that are holding the keyboard if so remove them. Now you can lift the keyboard up, but be careful because there is a cable under it. This is the cable that you want to release from the motherboard and then put it back. Usually this cable is secured by a little piece that you can flip up to remove the cable and push it back down once you put the cable back in.

Toshiba c660 bios reset
Did you let the battery stay out for a while like an hour or 2? Who knows, you might have to leave it out overnight. I'm
curious as to how you forgot the Bios Password? If you were smart
enough to set it (which most users are not) then surely you should be
able to remember it. I'm hoping that computer is not SIZZLING HOT!!!!

My laptop is not as bright as it should be
You could try adjusting the brightness to see if that works. Most laptops have an Fn key combination. Look for keys with a sun icon or half moon. Press and hold the function key and press the brightness key to adjust. It could also be a problem with the screen backlight or the inverter. The only way to check this is to try a known working inverter or backlight. It is most likely the inverter as these tend to be under more stress than the backlight and therefore tend to fail more often. Not very expensive to buy, but fiddly job to replace. Hope that helps!

Problem in keyboard keys are displaying multiple characters at the same time
Hook external keyboard to the laptop, if okay! replace the laptop keyboard, but if problem is the same, it may be device driver issue, or possible virus attack on your system, update definitions and run a deep or full scan, if okay, try a system restore and bring the laptop back to an earlier time before this happened.
