If all devices say they are connected then check the Internet light on the router to make sure it's lit. It usually looks like a little globe. LOST ROUTER LOGIN PASSWORD If you have forgotten your personal router login password there is no way to recover it. You will have to reset the router. This means all the settings on the router will be reset to factory defaults. It also means that all your connected devices will need to be connected again with the new security information (WEP, WAP, etc,) .
