The tab isn't compatible with the s pen only the note series of tablets have them.

I studied my galaxy note 10.1. when i use the original wall charger it charges well, fast an no red cross appears. when i hook it to the usb of my laptop then the red cross apears and the tab reports that it is not on battery ( look at the time on battery it does not change) the battery also remains at the same charge level that it was when i hooked it up. when i use the car charger it does the same as with the laptop. my conclusion is that when hooked to the car and/or laptop the battery does not charge, but the tablet is running of the power from the external source and not the battery. this seems to be a very clever move from samsung to preserve the battery when it cannot be charged by the device it is hooked up to.

Make sure you are connected to the internet. Open the "Market" app (you'll need to set-up a gmail account & logged in into it via browser). Search for "adobe flash" & download the first app..

let's start with the basics first in order to solve your tablet issue. Once we go that, we can move forward as necessary. I would recommend performing an antivirus scan on your device. You can search for "avast" or "malwarbytes" in your app store to get started. I don't know anything about a Samsung tab

You would get better response if you ask just once and provide all the details available. For example, is the screen flashing blue, or another light? Exactly which model Samsung Tab E are you asking about? Have you tried contacting Samsung tech support?

if its saying open it up to reset the battery..it means open it up and to take the battery out and put it back in. please let me know if this is what you are asking,or this is what its telling you to do.
