The driver should be built into the OS. If you can't access the SSD from Windows Explorer, you may need to format the drive or it is a failed unit. If you have connected the drive to a SATA port on your motherboard, you should check if the drive shows up in your BIOS (assuming good cables and power). Next go to the Disk Management tool with an administrative user account. (Click Start > Control Panel > System and Security > System > Administrative Tools. Then go to Computer Management and the Disk Management tool. Alternatively, choose the Command Prompt (under Accessories) with a right click and select Run As Administrator. Then type in diskmgmt.msc and press Enter.) Check if the drive is listed there. It will be disk 1, if you have the usual single hard drive. If it has unallocated space, you can format the drive and give it a letter name here.
If you don't have the drive listed here, try different power cables from your power supply and SATA cables. If it still doesn't respond, RMA the drive if it is under warranty.
