Try to reset it default factory settings.

My T-Mobile displays only German language. Could you help me change it to English?

Possible that the circuit has a break into this section / the lights are not trigggered on / fault in the hardware.
Reset the PC to default and see if there is any change. If not it can be fault in the board.

You need to reflash ROM. Operation is a bit risky, if you don't follow the procedure. Consider upgrade to WM5/WM6.

you need to exit every program after you use it.your phone is running to many applications.just soft reset it.then satrt menu---settings---memory
and u'll understand.i suggest u download o2 menu button to close programs.

assuming the phone is a t mobile branded phone(if not it won't work) try some rubbing alcohol on the little contacts on the sim card. if still nothing then the card is shot.
