You need to access to the router control panel using a computer wired directly to the router.

After wiring a computer to router type the router IP address in internet explorer and enter ID/Passwd to open router control panel. You find router IP using IPconfig/All on CMD, or referring to router user manual.

On router firewall add the plotter IP as an exception.

On router advanced settings or firewall settings (depending on make and model) open port 994 that is closed.

On stations you may need to re-install the plotter as a new networked printer. If old router had been replaced or re set, then the workstations may not recognize the new plotter because of the different IP, and the plotter need reinstalling on each computer as a new networked device.

Have you logged into your router from a computer? Is it designed for win10 or a previous version of windows? Sounds like its for a previous version id try rolling back the driver and or using compatibility mode for what ever version of windows it was designed for. Select the app, right click and there and or in properties is compatibility mode. Ps is it your router that you updated? You'll need to log into it with a computer and RJ45 network cable. The usual network cable. And do the initial configuration like setting bssid and password Wi-Fi ect.
