Help me use my usb
First of all, thank you very much Ellen for choosing FIXYA today for your online technical support needs. Many camera phones simply require you to plug one end of the USB cord into the phone and the other end into your computer's USB port, then turn on the phone.Once the phone is on and the computer says the device is ready to use, then you should be able to see it on your computer listed as one of the removable storage devices. If you use a Windows system, just click on the MY COMPUTER icon on your desktop or on the START MENU to see a list of all the drives and storage devices currently connected to your computer. Look in the section there titled DEVICES WITH REMOVABLE STORAGE or something similar to that. You should see your phone listed there in that section. Then just click on that icon to open up the folder in your phone's memory which contains all the photos.Once that folder is open, you should see all the image files which are stored in your phone memory. To transfer them to your computer, normally you can just COPY and PASTE them all back to your DESKTOP or to any other folder on your computer the same as you would for any other kind of file.To COPY a file just RIGHT CLICK on it with the mouse, then select COPY from the drop down menu which appears. To PASTE it somewhere else just move your mouse pointer to an empty spot on your desktop or in a different folder on your computer and then RIGHT CLICK again, then select the PASTE option from the drop down menu.Remember that you can also COPY and PASTE a buch of files at the same time by first LEFT CLICKING on a spot near the files you want to copy and then while holding down the left mouse button, move your mouse pointer. This creates a selection box with which you can encircle all the files you want to copy at one time. When your selection box includes and highlights all those files you want to copy just let go of the left mouse button. Now just RIGHT click on one of the highlighted files contained in your selection box and select COPY. This will now copy ALL the highlighted files so that you can transfer them all at the same time. Then just PASTE them somewhere on your computer as before.
I truly hope that was helpful to you.
Good luck and take care.
Joe.

Samsung S9 turning Samsung Music app on by itself
This seems to be a known issue where the Samsung Music app starts randomly1. Here are a few steps you can try to resolve this issue:
Check if an app you downloaded is causing the problem: Start the phone in Safe Mode. If the problem does not occur in this mode, then you need to find out what app this is and uninstall it.
Wipe the cache partition of the phone from the recovery mode: This can often resolve issues with apps misbehaving.
Perform a factory reset: Please remember to backup your phone data before doing this. Once the reset is complete, do not install any apps in your phone yet. Try to check first if the issue still occurs.
Check Power Saving Mode: The power saving mode could interfere and block your music-streaming app if turned on.
If none of these steps work, it might be a good idea to contact Samsung's customer service for further assistance.
Why do samsung tab 10.1 when i put the sim card it goes out
- SIM Card Tray Issue: The SIM card tray might be damaged or not properly aligned. Ensure that you are inserting the SIM card into the tray correctly and that the tray is properly seated in the device.
- Incompatible SIM Card: The SIM card you're trying to use might not be compatible with the Samsung Tab 10.1. Ensure that you're using a SIM card that is supported by your device and is of the correct size (micro-SIM or nano-SIM).
- Dirty or Faulty SIM Card Contacts: Dust, dirt, or debris on the SIM card or SIM card tray contacts can prevent proper connectivity and cause the SIM card to eject. Clean the SIM card and the tray contacts with a soft cloth and reinsert the SIM card.
- SIM Card Slot Issue: There could be an issue with the SIM card slot itself. Inspect the slot for any physical damage or debris that may be causing the SIM card to eject. If you notice any damage, you may need to have the device repaired by a professional.
- Software Issue: Sometimes, software glitches or conflicts can cause the SIM card to eject unexpectedly. Try restarting your Samsung Tab 10.1 or performing a factory reset to see if the issue persists.
If none of the above steps resolve the issue and the SIM card continues to eject, it may indicate a hardware problem with your device. In this case, you may need to contact Samsung customer support or visit a certified repair center for further assistance.
