Intel(R) Boot Agent Version 4.1.06
It appears that the computer is attempting to boot to a network instead of your hard drive. One possible cause of this is that the hard drive is no longer bootable (may have been formatted, loosely seated or the boot sector/OS was damaged by a virus or failed update).
First thing to try is go to the system setup. Almost every system has its own unique System Setup program which you can access by pressing Delete while the computer is starting up (F1 or F2 for older Toshiba Satellite models). Once there, you'll have to look for settings that say something like "PXE/LAN Boot ROM" or "Boot to LAN" (once again, it may be different depending on the brand & model) and make sure it's set to "DISABLED".
You may also have to look for "Boot Configuration" or "Boot Sequence" and check to make sure that the hard drive (may be listed as "Hard Drive", "HDD" or its serial number) is selected as the first boot device. If the PXE or LAN Boot ROM is listed there, set it to DISABLED as well.
After that, just save the changes and exit and allow the computer to start up.
There's a good chance that it will boot normally again. Otherwise, it will exhibit the symptoms that will help figure out why iot couldn't boot to the hard drive in the first place.

How do I get a 100gb hard drive to run on this
If you mean a new hard drive inside you will have to buy a 2.5" hard drive and have someone qualified put it in the computer (do it at your own risk if you know how but if you don't it is easy to break something), then you will have to install windows on it (easy if you have the windows cd that came with your computer. If you are talking about an external one, then just buy one that is that size and plug and play.
