C-mos unlock cod
Please do not set a CMOS, aka BIOS password. Such passwords are so easily beaten, so easily forgotten and serve no real purpose for a personal owned computer.
If you are trying to get around a password that you already put in that you forgot ... find and diconnect the BIOX battery - wait 30 seconds and replace it.

My A65-S126 is running slow and was told that if
The processor on that laptop is fine, the main performance enhancer would be to top it out with RAM memory and get all the **** ware off of it. Your laptop has 256 MB of ram built into the motherboard with a free slot that will hold a 1 GB module for a total of 1256 MB. Below are the specs for the module...

I have no display on the screen
You may have a defective CCFL backlight, it may have the following symptom: Screen flashes on and off or displays reddish pink hue. Picture stays on in red and slowly be come normal. Picture flickering with dim display or appear black. Picture flickers on and off. All these symptoms indicate that the LCD backlight lamp (CCFL Lamp) has reached the end of the life and all you need to do is replace the CCFL lamp.
To determine if the video card or the LCD is faulty, connect an external monitor to your laptop and power the monitor up first then the laptop, if you see the normal Windows images then the video card and laptop is OK and the problem is definitely the backlight. Dim image and/or dark display on the laptop's LCD screen indicates a faulty LCD backlight. It could be a faulty inverter that supplies high voltage to the CCFL lamp or it is the CCLF lamp is nearly burnt out, usually the CCFL lamp fails before the inverter.
The inverter can be replaced easily but the CCLF lamp is more time consuming and requires soldering skills.

I'm missing the part that the adapter plugs into
The laptop power socket that the adapter plugs into needs to be repaired, (ie. the power socket needs replacing). This requires the laptop to be dismantled to get at the power socket on the motherboard.
It is not an easy job, get a quote from the repairer before you decide whether it is worth the cost.

My laptop wont show any video
In most cases this means a dead video processor on the motherboard. There are places you can send the motherboard to or change it out completely

I Installed and ran Autoruns utility program on
You probably have to send it to a technician to reload the OS.
When experimenting with configuration changes, the safest way is to use Pc Laptop Guard.
It will allow you to make any changes and see the results without risking the computers integrity.
When you are done with your experiment, you can choose to erase the changes made, or to keep them permanently.

How do i open the bios?
When you start you computer, you'll need to fit a key F1-F12 depending on your motherboard's model and you can access the bios. This F1-F12 number is usually displayed quickly before the motherboard boots off of the boot device, and it can likely be found in a reference manual

Check if your wi-fi is enabled. if it is, then it should have a remark that WIRELESS NETWORK is available and have a link to CONNECT. then you will be prompted for a password if connection is encrypted.
Your cd/dvd door might have stuck up for long time of not using it. Gently push it while pressing the eject button. It should eject manually.

The Bios wont recognise the HDD (hard drive)
You are correct your bios needs to be upgraded
Go to Toshiba's site and, download the upgrade and, follow the directions to install it then;reboot.
Do not unplug or, turn off the computer during the upgrade for any reason and, have the battery installed and, fully charged when you start the procedure.
