The backlight is failing.

I have two Lowrance X 125 that I don't get any Power to.

Hi there.

Prerequisite: Java must be installed on your computer for the installers to operate. If you do not already have a Java JRE or JDK installed, please visit the Java website.
Installation Instructions

1. Make sure the MMC/SD card reader is properly connected to your computer (and, if necessary, that the drivers are installed).
2. Insert an MMC/SD card with at least 8 MB of free space into the MMC/SD card reader.
3. Click on this link to go to the installation web page.(click on INSTALL THIS UPDATE....)
   
4. Wait for the Java web installer to download and run. Follow the Lowrance update installation instructions. If you are not sure about a step, just select the default choice. When the installer finishes you will prompted to click Finish to exit.
5. Turn your Lowrance GlobalMap 3300C unit off.
6. Place the MMC/SD card containing the updated operating software in the unit's MMC/SD card tray.
7. Turn your GlobalMap 3300C unit on. The software update will automatically install.

hi,your gps module-antenna is powered into 12 volt same as unit,have you traced your cable-fuses etc

most cause by ant not working or bad cable or corrotion in connectors

John, my 330c was doing the same thing until I found a short in a totally separate system. It was a speaker for the stereo. As soon as I fixed it, the flashing problem went away.

Have you tried doing a hard boot to the unit?

Because Lowrance doesn't publish the pin connections, neither in their user guide, neither on a convenient website - this is really a breakpoint for me - I checked GPS connector suppliers and I found different plugs, type and connection codes in Europe, where information comes with the unit as a EU - norm

upgrade it firmware usnig the download support are in the main page of ur product u will find it there!!
