SD MEMORY CARD REQUIRES FORMATTING
With the SD card in the camera, turn the camera on. Go to the menu and navigate to the FORMAT command and format the SD card. For the camera to save photos to the SD card, the camera must format the card to set up the folders it needs for SAVING.

I get this error when trying to format a memory card!! PLEASE HELP!!!
Which size has the card?
Is the write protection enabled?
The spec for the SD card format is going to 2GB but the Kodak C330 not compatible with 2 GB SD memory cards.

But try an firmware upgrade.
Why download firmware version 1.07?
This firmware version improves memory card compatibility and provides general performance updates.

i purchased 2 new memory cards for my Kodak easyshare cw330, and when I insert the memory cards it say's "MEMORY CARD IS FULL" I have tried everything. It has to be the camera... I evan exchanged both cards to the store as defects, and I still get the same thing. "MEMORY CARD FULL" can anyone help....
Camera doesn't support more than 1GB memory card, so better use less than 1gb SD card

Inserted 4G memory card...says memory card is full...when I try to format the card, get filesys error e00100.....
The C330 uses MMC and SD cards. Your 4GB card is actually an SDHC card. While SDHC cards will fit into SD slots, they are electronically incompatible and won't work. You need to go with cards 2GB and smaller.

Dear sir, I've been using my kodak C330 camera. But one time i placed it in my shoulder bag and the bag was dropped with my camera inside. I did'nt notice my camera not working anymore until 1 week when i started to open it. It says lens error 14 then changes to lens 22 and will shut off. Can it still be fixed/repaired? What shall i do? Please advice me sir, thank you. Nanette
Hello,
I bought two of these on clearance and gave one to my in-laws. She suspected that one of her kids may have dropped the camera or pushed in the lens. I don't remember which lens error number had shown up, but I dis-assembled the camera to find out what the deal was. If I remember correctly, there is a way to manually turn the gears to put he lens back out. I left the lens out and turned it on and it worked perfectly. Fair warning though. It is VERY IMPORTANT not to touch the contacts for the flash EVEN WITH THE BATTERIES OUT!!! God did it hurt like hell... unfortunately it is fairly easy to do and I must have accidentally done it about 4-5 times while messing with it..

I have inserted a new 4GB sd card and the error message says: memory full on the camera symbol and on the green plat mode it states no files. Can you help please Hi, I have a similar problem to the one above, I have a Kodak Easy Share C330 camera which is about 5 years old, and have just brought a new Kodak 2gb memory card. When the card is inserted into the camera it says that the memory card is full, even thought it has not been used yet. What is causing this? I have tried to formatt the card on the camera, but it comes up with an error message. The memory card is recognised by new Panasonic camera however??!!!! Can any one help? Thanks.
Some of the older cameras will not take the bigger cards. You can use the bigger card with your computer to store your photos.

When I just installed the 2GB SD card I received a message on the view screen that states"Memory Card is Full". What do I do to correct this problem. I read the liiterature that came with the camera and I did not see anything that stated I could not install a 2GB SD card in this camera. Do I need to return the 2GB SD card and continue to only use a 1GB card or is there something that you can have me download to enable me to use this 2GB SD Card? Please advise - your assitance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Paul Brannigan I have a brand new 2 GB SD memory card for my Kodak Easyshare c330 digital camera. When I turn the camera on it says the memory card is full. (I tried the tab on the side of the card, that was not it) When I tried to format the card, I got an error message: " filesys error e00100". Please help I am going on vacation soon and need my camera. Thanks
Buy a 1GB card (or 2). The spec for the SD card format is going to 2GB but the Kodak C330 not compatible with 2 GB SD memory cards.
