If wireless, replace the batteries. If wired then make sure it is not on a reflective surface and try connecting it to a different USB port. Otherwise mouse could be dead.

Bios Password Recovery for HEWLETT-PACKARD Probook 4530s
It is not possible to recover the BIOS password, if you remove the CMOS battery the password is wiped, but this requires that you open and possibly disassemble your laptop which requires a certain level of skill so you don't break anything.
The power button don't turn on the laptop
The RAM is not connected properly or it may have become damaged
you know it is useless to power up a battery powered computer without RAM so it blinks twice to tell you the situation then stays off.
try replacing the RAM with a new one
Cd rom not dictated
i think your sata/ide cable is not connected with motherboard.. try to connect properly and restart your system
Stuck power button
Try to clear any debris, use a little bit of silicone spray to free up the button, if that fails remove the cover and check the switch that's under the button. Sometimes the plastic button will break , wear out , that activates the switch underneath and doesn't "spring" back when pushed in, not resetting.

How do i disable my password when i logon
Someone set a policy on your machine to enforce certain rules about
passwords. Best to ask this person to modify these rules for you.
Alternatively you can run gpedit.msc, then follow this path to change
them yourself: Local Computer Policy / Computer Configuration
/ Windows Settings / Security Settings / Account Policy / Password
Policy.
Note also this:
- You cannot delete the inbuilt Administrator account.
- Having administrator accounts with a blank password is a big security risk.Answer from: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_7-security/error-message-windows-cannot-remove-the-password/3eb2c867-e6fb-4216-9040-4e9913a29c30
