ovi store and facebook are apps so they do not work one time or other because they are not updated.your phone supports java .....can you tell what error appears ??

This generally happens when there is too much data stored in your phone/sim....now that u have done factory restore so i overrule this....now still if problem persists then probably your phone has malware or its software is corrupted.....contact a service person and get your phone flashed........ service people use special tools like ATF box...or UFS-T for this
