Try opening the kyros on the babk might be hard but woth it text me back tell a perent or someone to open it you might do damage

Steps on how to do the restart. -You have to turn off the system. -Then press and hold the power button until you will see a message that will popup in a window that saying "Device Options"Appears on the screen. -Then select the power off again then you can see it again.You can be able to check that it first. -Then just select okay And while holding down the -Back -Button -Then Press and hold the power button. -Until you see the Coby`s Logo -Then wait until it change to Android Logo. - Then press the Back button.And Then the system menu will appear in the screen. -And then choose the wipe data/factory reset. >Home >Menu Buttons >Press the back,the button once you select the wipe data/factory reset then just click option. Then the confirmation that you will see in the screen Is a "yes" "Option". Then Choose "yes"-delete all user data,option by using the "Home"and "Menu"buttons. Then it will perform the factory data reset. -wait until it done. -Then once your done the main system menu has to appear in the screen. -And then reboot the system. -Then you have to press the back button to reboot the system. -The system will reboot the initial factory data setting. -All the user data will be lost. -Then Give the reboot,at least for 5 minutes. -Then Do not assume the unit has frozen.

Most Tablets gets reset with this procedure. If it is not self recovering after powerdown, you have to reset to factory settings (meas you will losse your apps) to do do this most tablets gets reseted by presing both (Up-Down) volume keys before pressing the power on button. Hi Elena, you can use the following procedure to hard reset your tablet. Turn off the tablet. Hold the back button and power button. This will take you into the recovery menu, use the volume keys to go through the menus. Select wipe data/factory reset and press the back button. I hope this helps.

no it will not turn on or coneect when it did turn on

reset the tablet if you are having the same problem whenn you turn it back on call tech support tell them your problem and if they are unable to fix it and you have had the tablet for less than a year they will usually send you a new one and you send them the old one back or they will charge you for the new one.

ok try the reset button plug the power cord before you start. look where is the reset and use a small point toothpick .

You may have fried the bios on the SD cart! If so you can't retrieve it!

You'll have to send it back plus $15.00 for shipping & handling,the company is something to deal with. My tablet still has not been replaced and I sent it back Dec.3 2012,they've received it too!! They are a mess!!
