Delete unneeded apps progs etc,see if that makes a differenc, tablets are like pcs and need memory to work, if you clear some junk it may work again.

Factory reset deletes everything and takes the tablet back to when new.....so how did you do a factory reset?

Try a factory reset.

Your title of the question says u lost your google user+pass? but the description talk about something else i notice, but to fix the google issue go to google to sign in then click FORGOT PASSWORD or USERNAME then u put in your email address and go from their, this will get you back into your google account, if the pad not working use another PC to do this. If the pad won't work google how to do system restore on ANDROID 10, or find the manual for your model and read how to do this. If you can get in i'd backup any important files first...save favourites/bookmarks if u need to or any profiles, as u may loose all apps and have to reinstall worst case...

To close the pop up try clicking CTRL-ALT-DELETE go to TASK MANAGER then go to PROCESSES, find the process for the Stupid Test App,(if you cannot find it look in APPLICATIONS, end the task, this should at least close it temporarily. Next go to your start menu, CONTROL PANNEL --> Uninstall a program search for the name of the program here, click to uninstall it. After you have done this, go online and download a program called Malware Bytes, install it and do a Scan, this should pick up the rest of the program left behind, after you have scanned delete anything it finds. This should fix the problem.

Not sure but should have two cameras, one on front one on back. In the settings when your in camera mode there is an icon that looks like a camera with two little arrows around it, select that. Hold the screen FACING you. In the corner there should be a small box with your grandsons face in it (His machine has to be set the same way) On his machine your face will be in the small box. The rest of the screen will be taken up with your face (thats what your sending to him) The same will be on his machine. His face will take up most of his screen and thats what your seeing in the little box. Business call it video conffrenceing.

you need to get the update from archos arnova web site i had the same problem. web sites are changing there cookies softwear.

Check for any hardware button to enable Wifi. Or prepare backup of your data and reset to factory settings.

Try pressing the power button and tapping the screen at the same time. Otherwise wait for battery to die and it should be ok when recharged.
