Hi I have the logitech

The speakers themselves shouldn't need any sort of software to work properly. They should just plug into the sound card in the back of your computer. If you aren't getting any sound, then it's likely you need to reinstall your sound card drivers.

To identify you sound card, goto Start > Control Panel > Device Manager > Sound, Video and Game Controllers. Your sound card will be listed in there. Once you know what sound card you're using, go to the manufacturer's website and reinstall the drivers.
If that doesn't work, try this. Goto Start > Control Panel > Sound > Playback

Your speakers should be listed in here and they should have a checkmark next to them. If it's not next to the one that says Speakers, right-click it and set it to Enable.

My logitechh x-530 speaker system

Just try testing the fuse in the 3 pin plug first, off chance it may have gone. Then, if that shows as OK, and you feel confident, remove the back of the Woofer and make sure that the AC wires have not come loose (can't remember if there is an inline or separate fuse in the woofer, if there is, i'd check that
