Water not draining from machine

You either have a clogged or jammed up drain pump or a failed drain pump. p/n WH23X10030 IF the machine is full of water, drain the washer, remove power, remove the front cover of the washer by using a putty knife and pushing in between the top and front at the front corners about 3 inches in on both sides. The pump is on the lower right side. remove the pump from the washer, remove the 3 screws holding the pump motor to the body and remove anything that may be jammed in it. IF there is nothing in it, replace the pump assembly.

Washing machine

Two types of balance involved with washers. First is the machine. Most new machines are self leveling with the front legs. If the machine is not level, shake the machine to change it orientation. Most times this is cause leveling. Second level is the load inside the machine. Clothes need to be distributed equally around the inside.
