are you able to get into recovery mode?
With the phone turned off, Hold the 'Volume Down' button and the power button until HTC logo appears and 'Entering Recovery Mode' appears at the top in pink.
If you can access recovery then it could be possible to reset/reinstall android OS
If you enter the pattern lock in too many times you should see a forgot password button. If you do see it click on that and it will guide you through steps to change it. If you don't see it there are other methods of removing it, which would take much longer. Tell me if you can't and I'll guide you through the steps.
