Check the driver disk that came with webcamera, install this and see if it works , if it still doesnt detect the camera check on the cameras website to see if there is an updated driver and try that.

what a shame sorry to hear that. number one,,dont turn it on anymore untill you dry it all out. you will need to open it ALL UP TO DRY THIS OUT,IF YOU ARE NOT SURE HOW TODO THIS,THEN GET SOME ONE WHO CAN.. i would not hold out that it is going to work after,its a shame you turnd it on,not saying its done any harm but it wont help the laptop. i wish all the luck that you get it dryed out and it still works.

Let us solve it.> remove and replace the battery and try turning it onif its not working than> connect the charger to the Laptop and leave it charging for atleast 3 hours -- only if the charging led is turned on --if its not working than> remove --and keep it aside-- the battery and connect the charger and try turning it on.All the best
