pls u check the fiery and dc12 printer cable. if u have another cable pls replace and chek that also. i think the problem is in only the connectres. u remove and clean all conctres and refix. maybe the problem solved.

Hi Good day!! i would like to help with your problem regarding in your unit, i think the problem of this is the toner, maybe the toner is damage that may cause print to faded, try to use a spare or a new toner. and then try to print a test page.
