Xerox DocuPrint M750 InkJet Printer Questions & Answers
My DocuPrint 750 printer will not print in color.
Hi
Some times it needs a good clean up but this is up to you if you want to do this I put down here. But after you done this prime the printer so it gets the inks back in the heads, it may take a little time for the inks to work.
Ok it got to be the heads blockage
There is fluid cleaner for this but I can never find any in the shops the only ones I seen is when they sell them in Tesco but they come in with the ink refill bottles so I just use worm water by it self on a cloth and dabbing on the heads to clean them, it will not harm the heads but not to much water.
Some heads are on the inks them self but some have them inside the printer so I not know your printer so if the heads are inside you need to get them out you may find that some heads will just clip out put some need to be unscrewed so you got to know how they come out so be careful and not push to hard on them, if the heads are on the ink then it is a easy job to clean them,
It worth a try it worked for me more than ones.
Please all I ask is call back and just gave a vote, it will gave me some satisfaction to know am helping some one, so I will keep on helping.

Changed all ink cartridges and now will not print, just flashing red light
It sounds like the connections on the cartridges have some ink on them.
Remove the cartridges, and take a lint free cloth, slightly dampened with alcohol. Look for all the contacts and gently clean them. You may have to do that more than once to break down and remove all the contaminents from the contacts.
Then look through the memory on the printer for a procedure called Memory Clear, and perform that. That will remove any corruption in the printer memory/software. You will have to set the printer back up once you perform a memory clear.
Make sure you clean the print head area with the printer unplugged, not just turned off. Make sure all the power is removed.
Can't print when there's only black ink
Mostly it connot print w/out color ink if when printer message empty / sometimes the printer no message while ink was empty still black can print. it depends to the chip .
My Xerox DocuPrint M750 printer will not print black text but will print colour
This is just a suggestion. I recently bought a Staples refilled cartridge and had to return it because it did not work. When returning it the Staples Rep said that 50% of the cartridges do not work and get returned. This was an astounding amount I told the rep. Means nothing to him but to you, you may need to return the black cartridge if it is or is not a refill and try it out again. Let me know if that works.

Printer problem
This may sound silly, but I've seen it done many times. When you installed the new ink cartridges, did you take the little piece of tape off the printhead? It's put there to prevent leaks, but it also prevents printing if it's not removed.
Xerox workcentre 3345 paper jam in tray1
If you've modified one of the trays and still encounter the same error, it's worth checking if there are any obstructions in the paper path or if the default paper type and color settings need adjustment.
Remove Jammed Paper From Tray 1:
First, remove any paper from the Bypass Tray.
Grasp both sides of the Bypass Tray and pull it straight out of the printer.
Next, pull out Tray 1 until it stops. To remove the tray, lift the front of it slightly, then pull it out of the printer.
Check for any jammed paper and remove it.
Also, make sure there's no crumpled paper left in the tray or jammed inside the printer.
If you have Tray 2 (optional), check it as well.
Insert Tray 1 back into the printer and push it all the way in.
Fully insert the Bypass Tray as well.
Confirm the paper settings if prompted.
Try your job again.
Power the Printer Off then On:
Press the Power/Wake button on the printer control panel.
Choose "Power Off" to turn off the printer.
Wait for a few seconds, then press the Power/Wake button again to turn it back on.
Retry your print job.
Replace the Paper Feed Roller (if needed):
If the issue persists, consider replacing the paper feed roller. Refer to your printer's documentation for instructions on how to do this.
If the problem continues, contact Xerox support.
