37,002.47: PEST Error - Printhead Left jetstack disconnect. The left jetstack is
not drawing the expected power from the supply.
Could be a connector came unplugged. Could also be ink spill on circuit board, causing it to go haywire.
How do I remove ink from a Xerox Phaser 8400 - I
I use a pen or something similar to work it up the loader and the stab it wit a push pin or paper clip to lift it out. You'll need to run some solid color pages to purge the ink from the printhead.

It actually is a problem with the drum. I have read that excessive oil on the drum itself can cause the issue. I have one that is doing the same thing. If you take it apart, you can try taking a soft lint free cloth and wiping down the drum. If that does not work, it will probably need a new drum.
