Reset imaging unit life
Usually it should do it automatically once you have replaced to a New image unit.
If you are still getting that error then you will have to change the engine control board.
You can first try this tip reset the nvram from the service diag mode some errors get stuck in the NVRAM and won't get off until a reset is done in the NVRAM. Hope this helps.

Error u26 phaser 7300
U26 is Yellow Image Unit failure. It may be that the contacts are dirty - spilled toner?? Give it all a thorough clean, especially where the electrical contacts are - if still no luck, then a new yellow IU should solve the issue.
Colour misregistration mystery
Various possible causes - the most likely are :1. Dirty registration sensors - remove IUs and transfer unit and inspect / clean sensors.2. Damages / worn IU drive gears - inspect. Replacing the gears isn't a small job, if this is your problem.3. Faulty colour registration shutter - you can check this is working in the service diagnostics menu.4. Xerox 7300 print is pixilated
This depends on what you are trying to print and with what software. Most likely, you need to choose a higher print resolution in the software before sending to the printer, but more details would be required to give a precise response.
Changing resolution
You set the resolution in the printer driver before sending the data to the printer. Exactly where this will be will depend on which OS you are using and which software / driver you have installed.

You need to disconnect the printer cable > turn off the printer > uninstall a pll components of the the printer program > restart the computer > power the printer on > reconnect the USB printer cable > reinstall the printer driver and applications, payinfg careful attention to any option boxes about the type of connection.

It means you need to replace the fuser rear cooling fan the part number is 116-1024-00. New it is about 100 dollars you can find a refurbished one for 35 to 40 dollars. I am sorry i dont know anyone the the dc area that services printers.

The only reason I can think that the tray would stop the door from opening
is if it were slightly open itself. Try pushing the tray to see if it will slide in a bit further.

Fuser upper failure is the
Hello, The fuser or fuser roller is what actually bonds or melt the toner on to your paper. There is probably some type of temperature sensor, that senses the temperature of the fuser. If its not hot enough or just plain dead, it will give out an alarm similar to what your getting. You probably need to replace the fuser unit. You have a lower fuser and an upper fuser. You might be able to get away with just replacing the upper roller. The roller has a heating element inside and that's what probably defective.

Xerox 7300 paper jam
There is most likely a small piece of paper in the rollers take out Tonor and any parts that will come out with out having to use any tools. then spray with a can of air in all the rollers.
