PRINT WILL NOT STAY ALIGNED ON EACH LABEL-RUNS ONTO NEXT LABEL

Check the tension on the Ribbon Take-up Spindle there is a nut on it that sometimes can loosen or tighten its self and will throw off the lables. Its a nut that has a of couple Hex nuts on the corner, screw the nut to about the 3rd thread from the top of the bolt facing you then tighten the hex nuts on the corners of the nut. Then try printing the labels make sure the media guide also is set to the lable size that is installed.

All labels are printing at a reduce size how do I change?

Hello there, You normally configure a label size from 2 places: a) Printer Driver(I reccomend downloading the one from Zebra from www.nicelabel.cl) b) Directly from Printing software option In both cases, search for the "Genera"l tab and you will be able to configure the label size

Cutter jammed

if you take the side off, and then the power supply, you will see a sensor and a flag, check for wear / damage. sometimes the allen bolt that holds the lower cutter linkage can come loose. try cleaning the sensor. also the connections from the cutter board need cleaning with ipa. if that doesnt solve the issue, you can take the cutter off, remove the silver plate and remove any label debris. if all this fails to solve the problem you will probably require a cutter board or sensor.

I loaded the windows update

You need to get the manual for this printer, it has a printing language all it's own. The encoded text tells it where to put the bar code on the label, how to encode it, what text to put under it, etc. It's looking for a specially designed print file that's plain text. There may be a way to turn that off and turn it into a bitmap printer, but you would need the manual for that.
